The Bottle Imp Review

The Bottle Imp by Robert Stevenson! Here’s a nice, short, bite sized one for you today!

Since this one is so short, I’ll try out a different format, so let me know what you think! Here are some interesting points and things I did and didn’t like.
– This one was kinda fun since it is set in Hawai’i and I read it while I was in Hawai’i
– Gives me BIG Screwtape Letters vibes
– I kinda wish Stevenson didn’t say Keawe was still living right from the beginning, it could have added more suspense
– I enjoyed the journey the bottle took
– The imp reminded of the Genie in the lamp

Overall I didn’t EXTREMELY enjoy the Bottle Imp, but would recommend it if you have a little extra time so I give it 5/10 🍋
